Meet the Planner

Donna J. Woodards is the principal member of G. Louise Catering & Event Planning Services, LLC.

Growing up as a little girl in Camden, NJ Donna loved to cook and loved inviting her friends over to play and be creative. The youngest of a family of 7, she learned to cook at an early age as she used to assist her mother in the kitchen with small things and later grew to always help out and cook in the kitchen. A creative, she would make and sell crafts and also work with her sister on parties, weddings and receptions. Donna used to sell lunch and dinner plates to several business and individuals when she lived in NJ. Her clients loved her food and they would still request her plates when she moved to Georgia in 1993.

Donna’s love of cooking was evident in every meal she cooked. Her children were not used to fast food but home cooked meals growing up. The love for her food followed her to Georgia where she has entertained, catered events, sold plates, and even family style pans upon request.

Donna loves to entertain and her guest love her hospitality and her food. She’s responsible for some of the women’s events at her church, such as, Tea Parties, Mother’s Day Brunches, Mother/Daughter events, in addition to various Family and Friends birthdays at home or while traveling, showers, housewarmings in addition to an array of other events.

Her vision for G. Louise Catering & Event Planning was to still allow people to eat good food, even if it wasn’t from their kitchen, and to allow people to be able to entertain, even if they do no have the time to plan it themselves.

Donna is committed to timely, professional and memorable service and instills the same qualities in anyone that works under her. 

Professionally, Donna is a licensed Real Estate Agent.
